Author Guidelines

How to prepare your abstract and presentation for a Medires conference.

Abstract preparation

  • Write in clear English.
  • Keep the abstract between 150 and 350 words, excluding title and author details.
  • Use a structured format where possible: background, objective, methods, results and conclusion.
  • Avoid tables, figures and references in the abstract body.
  • Spell out abbreviations the first time you use them.

Title and authors

  • Keep the title concise and specific.
  • List every author with their affiliation and country. The submitting author is the contact for all correspondence.
  • The presenting author must register for the conference.

Review process

Every submission is reviewed by the conference's scientific committee for originality, scientific quality, relevance to the conference tracks and clarity. Possible outcomes are accepted, revision requested or not accepted. If a revision is requested, you can edit and resubmit from your Author portal.

After acceptance

  • Complete your conference registration to confirm your presentation slot.
  • Prepare slides (16:9) for oral presentations, or a poster in the size given in your acceptance email.
  • Virtual presenters receive technical instructions before the conference.

Originality and ethics

Submissions must be the authors' own work. Research involving human participants or animals must have appropriate ethical approval. See our Publication Ethics policy.
