Visa requirements
Check the visa requirements for the host country with its embassy or consulate as early as possible. Processing times vary and can take several weeks.
Invitation letters
Registered delegates can request an official invitation letter to support a visa application. Complete your registration first, then request the letter through the Contact page with your ticket reference, full name as in your passport, and passport number.
An invitation letter confirms your registration. It does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, and it does not commit Medires to any costs.
