By creating an account or registering for a conference, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Registration
- A registration is confirmed only when payment is received, unless the category is free of charge.
- Registration categories, fees and deadlines are shown on each conference page and may differ between conferences.
- Tickets are personal. Name changes may be possible on request before the conference.
Submissions
- You confirm that you have the right to submit the work and that all authors agree to the submission.
- Acceptance decisions are made by the scientific committee and are final.
- By presenting, you allow us to publish your accepted abstract in the conference program and proceedings.
Speakers
Applying to speak does not guarantee a speaking slot. Speakers are confirmed individually by the organising committee.
Scientific Program changes
We may need to change speakers, sessions, the venue or the format for reasons beyond our control. Registered delegates will be informed of significant changes.
Conduct
We expect respectful, professional behaviour at every event and online session. We may remove anyone who behaves inappropriately, without refund.
Liability
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or visa costs, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
