E-Posters

E-Posters provide a convenient digital format for presenting research, case studies, projects and emerging ideas to the conference community. Participants can explore presentations online, review key findings at their own pace and engage with work from researchers and professionals across different areas. This format also makes it easier to share research beyond the traditional poster display.

E-posters let you present your research on screen instead of printing a poster. They are well suited to virtual delegates at hybrid conferences.

How it works

  1. Submit Abstract and choose poster presentation.
  2. If it is accepted, you will receive the e-poster format and upload deadline by email.
  3. Your e-poster is displayed during the poster session, where you can discuss it with delegates.
