Do I need a separate account for each role?
No. One account lets you attend, submit abstracts and apply to speak at any Medires conference. Use the portal switcher in your dashboard to move between the Attendee, Author and Speaker portals.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We will email you a link to choose a new password. The link is valid for one hour.
Registration and payment
How do I register for a conference?
Open the conference page, choose your registration category and submit. Your place is reserved immediately and confirmed once payment is received.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods are shown in your Attendee portal when you pay. Bank transfers are confirmed by our team once the funds arrive.
Can I get a refund?

Abstracts
How do I submit an abstract?
From your Author portal, choose Submit Abstract. See the Call for Papers and Author Guidelines.
How will I know the decision?
You will receive an email and a notification in your Author portal. If revisions are requested, you can edit and resubmit from the portal.
Speaking
How do I become a speaker?
Apply from the Speaker portal. Choosing "Speaker" when you sign up does not confirm you as a speaker. The organising committee reviews each application and confirms speakers individually.
Certificates and letters
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificates are issued after the conference to confirmed delegates and presenters. They appear in your Attendee portal, where you can view and print them.
Can I get an invitation letter for a visa?
Yes, for confirmed registrations. Contact us through the Contact page with your ticket reference.
